How much will shipping cost?
All shipping costs are automatically calculated on checkout.
You can also quote shipping in your cart.
Can I order something that is Out of Stock or place a Pre-Order?
We only permit orders to be placed on our site for in stock items, or Pre-Orders. If there is an out of stock, or brand new release item that you wish to order, but it is still not available to do so, you can email us [email protected] to place an order. The benefit of this is that you don't have to pay for a product without any idea of when it is going to arrive. Some Pre-Orders do get delayed and we will do our best to notify you if this happens.
All though we try our best to meet Pre-Order delivery dates we can not guarantee these times
What shipping methods do you use?
We use Express Australian post for most Australian parcels under 5kg, note we do not use Standard Australia post due to the delivery time frames.
For parcels above 5kg within Australia we use a mix of couriers mostly StarTrack Express and TNT freight.
For most overseas parcels we will use Australia post for standard delivery and there is also an option to use Fedex for express options
Can I track my order?
We will automatically send you a dispatch notification email when your purchase leaves our shop. This email will include tracking information so you can keep up to date with your orders progress until it arrives. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our Customer Service Team on (08) 9274 8333 between 9am and 5:30pm (WST), Monday to Friday. How long will it take to receive my order?
For most Australian deliveries using Express Post you should receive your items withing 1-3 business days.
For most Australian deliveries using Startrack or Tnt you should receive your items withing 3-10 business days.
For most International deliveries Australia Post you should receive your items withing 7-14 business days.
For most International deliveries Fedex you should receive your items withing 2-7 business days.
What if an item is missing on my order?
If an item is missing out of your order, check paypal or your email to see if we have refunded the item.
