Fine Threaded Needle Valve Assemblies for Small Engines

We now also offer a Precision Needle and Spray Bar Body that can be used as a Retrofit improvement to the original NVA in many rotary valve engines like the Medallion, OK, Wasp, etc. This part is approved for use with engines used in NFFS Nostalgia Events.

How often have you wished you could have the same kind of precision needle valve for your other small engines that is available for the Cox TD? Well, now you can. We are now offering the same kind of spray bar and 128 tpi needle used in the TD part. You can use JB Weld or something similar to install these in many other engines, like the Medallion and most of the other modern engines as well as the older ones like the Cub, Wasp, etc. You can order spare needles. The unit comes with the same friction clutch seal used on the TD part.  Note: this is not for reed engines. Rotary valve ones, only.

INTERESTING NEW USE: A customer sent me a photo of the way he has used this NVA to make a Remote Needle Valve to keep fingers away from the spinning razor blade/prop. I feel this is sort of neat and decided to share it with you. He as used it with suction on up to .15 engines. It may also work on larger engines, I don't know. He says to shape the end of output fitting to the barrel of the body so solder can not get in the small hole. Take a look HERE.

NOTE: THESE BRASS PARTS MAY HAVE SOME TARNISH. THIS IN NO WAY EFFECTS THEIR USE. YOU CAN POLISH AS DESIRED, BUT BE SURE TO CLEAN THEM WELL AFTER THE USE OF ANY ABRASIVE CHEMICALS.
